We imagine standard size units. Two units have on one floor : we call them model i4 (8x4m on the ground) and model i5 (8x5m on the ground), and two units have two stories : model i8 (8x4m on the ground) and model i10 (8x5m on the ground). Both have a balcony on each side of the building. A terrace (from 3 to 4 m) may be laid on the ground floor for all the units. This enables to lower the costs, for all the dimensions are standard ! Moreover it is very easy to combine units to create wider buildings. Model D8 and D10 are composed of two model i8 and i10 laid back to back. If you wish to have a central patio, we “move apart” the units from 5 to 6 meters so that you have a covered patio (like the opaque white polycarbonate verandas) which is isolated thanks to the walls and the roof. You can fit out a winter garden, a garage, an inside swimming pool, a playground, a video projection room... Lastly, you can rise to models that combine 3 or 4 units to form a U model, a square or even models with 5, 6 or 7 units if you extend the U sides ! Scaleable units enable to realize almost all your dreams at a low cost. Just have a look on the model 2IPIPI VIP1 or model 2S10 VIP2 and you will see you can afford luxuriousness !
